- Billing & Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed securely through payment gateways. SiteSeed does not store credit card numbers directly on our servers.
- Automated Data: IP addresses, browser specs, device logs, and portal session activity logged during course access.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Service Provisioning: Building, maintaining, and hosting your custom website applications.
- Academy Delivery: Provisioning student accounts, tracking progress, and issuing digital completion certificates via email.
- Billing Communications: Processing monthly subscriptions, sending payment invoices due on the 1st of each month, and issuing account status notices.
4. Data Retention & Erasure Policy
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill active service contracts or maintain student records.
- Website Data Erasure: In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, failure to pay monthly website subscription fees for two (2) consecutive months will result in the permanent erasure of hosted website files, source code, and associated databases from our servers.
- Student Account Records: Student profiles and course completion records are maintained indefinitely to verify email certificate issuance upon request.

We implement strict technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of personal data.
- Cookies: Essential session cookies are used to keep active users authenticated within the student portal and dashboard.
