1. Overview & Scope
Welcome to SiteSeed ("siteseed.co.za"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website development services and online courses/academy offerings. By subscribing to website services or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.
2. Website Building & Subscription Services Services
- Monthly Billing Schedule: Website services are billed on a month-to-month subscription basis. Payment is strictly due on the 1st day of each month.
- No Contract Binding: Our website services are non-contractual. Clients may cancel or alter subscription billing prior to the next monthly cycle.
- Consecutive Non-Payment & Data Erasure: Failure to make full payment for two (2) consecutive months will result in complete data erasure. Your website files, media, and database will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- Reactivation & Penalty Fee: To restore, re-host, or bring a website back up and running after data erasure due to non-payment, you will be required to settle all outstanding balances and pay a mandatory penalty fee of R100.
3. Online Courses & Academy Courses
- Pre-Loaded Content Access: All course content and learning assets are pre-loaded into the learning platform upon purchase.
- Completion Certificates: Certificates are issued exclusively to the student upon successful completion of all required course materials. Certificates will be delivered via email only to the address registered on the account.
4. Strict No-Refund Policy
- Website Payments: All monthly billing and service payments made for website design, development, and hosting are strictly non-refundable.
- Course Purchases: Due to immediate digital access to pre-loaded learning content, there are NO refunds on course purchases under any circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
SiteSeed retains full ownership of core underlying platforms, course materials, and infrastructure assets. Active websites hosted on monthly plans remain accessible subject to timely billing on the 1st of each month.
6. Limitation of Liability
SiteSeed shall not be held liable for business losses, traffic disruptions, or data loss caused by non-payment, server suspension, or permanent data erasure triggered after two consecutive missed monthly payments.
